I reached out to Lenz Alter, via email, about my broken glasses. A member of their team responded almost immediately with a solution. I was offered a new pair at the cost of shipping($13)… I received my order within a week. 100/10 Would recommend Lenz Alter to anyone needing frames. My favorite pair so far. I love them! They’re beautiful, sparkly & look completely different than my old pair (Amelia E in Black on glasses USA.com - I have a review over there too). I love the green💚 💚 , it’s very different for me. I also have the green photochromatic option. They fit perfectly, a lot more snug than my previous pair. Great quality. I've always had a hard time with frames fitting my face properly, most of the time they where not wide enough and would hurt. These fit perfect, tight enough that wont slip but loose enough that they don't hurt my ears and temples
